Small Package Shipping
In response to the increasing need for small package shipments at the end of the week, we have arranged with Pheasant Run Convention Services to provide this service onsite.? This service will be available beginning on Thursday at 4:30pm.
Service details:
A shipping desk will be set up on the show floor for tear down. Appropriate shipping forms will be available. There is no additional charge for the service. Shippers must provide a UPS account number for billing or provide payment information.
UPS is the preferred small package shipper for Pheasant Run, therefore a FedEx representative will not be onsite. If a Dealer or Exhibitor wishes to send small packages via FedEx, forms will be made available upon request from the Pheasant Run Shipping Desk. As long as the forms are completed properly with the appropriate FedEx account numbers, etc. and left with packages, the Pheasant Run MegaCenter shipping desk will call Fed Ex to come pick up the packages. There are no additional fees for this service.
Reminder to all Exhibitors: Pheasant Run personnel will be onsite for tear down as well to arrange for large shipments. If an exhibitor prefers to designate a carrier, it is your responsibility to call the carrier for pick-up.
